Uforia Sauna and Wellness is a woman- and veteran-owned company specializing in custom saunas, infrared cabins, hybrid systems, and cold plunge solutions. Co-founded by CJ and David, we combine a passion for wellness with expert craftsmanship and innovative design to create wellness spaces tailored to your unique needs.

 

David, a proud Navy veteran, brings extensive building expertise to the team, ensuring each project is constructed with precision and care. CJ, a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner and Certified Specialized Cranial SET Therapist, infuses every design with her deep understanding of the true underlying benefits of positive heat therapy. How we got here?

Alternative Healing Solutions Launched October 14th of 2014 to provide proven therapeutic and experiential modalities to heal and relieve those suffering from PTSD, PCS, Autism, Chronic Pain, Lyme Disease and a wide variety of other ailments  Through the research, experimentation and passion for providing optimal modalities for better health, Uforia Mobile Sauna Rentals was formed in 2021 to take traditional Sauna and Cold Plunge experiences to public, corporate and private events.


Uforia Sauna and Cold Plunge was created in February of 2024 to offer a contemporary approach to traditional wellness practices. The Uforia Team Designs, Builds, Sells, Installs, Maintains and Services any Uforia Sauna, InfraRed Cabin, Hybrid Cabin, Trinity Cabin, Cold Plunge Tub and Chiller as well as Educates on the importance of all these modalities and how they can fit into your lifestyle today. We are believers in the benefits, practitioners and benefactors of the modalities because we use them too!


Our collection features both Traditional Saunas and Full Spectrum Infrared Cabins along with Hybrids that have both Traditional Sauna stoves/heaters and Full Spectrum Infrared heat, catering to a range of preferences and budgets. We are developing Trinity models that will add red light therapy to the Hybrids as well as being available to our Classic Saunas and Infrared Cabins. Additionally, we offer a wide array of cold plunge tubs and chillers for consistent cold plunging experiences year round. Whether seeking personal rejuvenation or shared experiences, Uforia Sauna and Cold Plunge empowers individuals to unlock the transformative potential of heat, cold and contrast therapy.

  • We do not charge extra for Accessories like the Sauna Stones, Cedar Floor Mats, Shingles or Rain Jackets, Ergonomic Back Rests, Buckets and Ladles, Thermometers and Hygrometer, Indoor Lamps, Signage, Sand Timers, Essential Oil Bowl on your first purchase (We do for replacements unfortunately)

  • Our price IS THE Price! No gimmicks or over-inflated pricing then slashed to normal pricing. If we offer a discount, it comes out of our pocket not because we over-inflated the price and then slashed it.
